We had an exceptional time at Abode. The rooms are comfortable, Zoe and David are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, the location is central- within walking distance to shops and restaurants in Palermo Hollywood and Soho, and evening beers and breakfast on the rooftop terrace were fantastic.The icing on the experience was the night David took us to a soccer game in "Monty" their 1983 V.W. van ( soccer fans in Argentina are a sight to behold) and then out to the coolest tango bar in existence. Thank you so very much Abode, we've got memories to last us a lifetime.

I couldn't recommend Abode highly enough and would recommend it without any hesitation, both for couples and the single traveller. I'm heading back to Buenos Aires in the near future and, quite frankly, can't imagine staying anywhere else. David and Zoe, I salute you. You're wonderful people doing a wonderful job. I wish all guest houses everywhere would take a look at what you're doing and take note.

It would be an understatement to say that we loved our stay with you. Your warm hospitality, comfortable lodging and delightful dog - not to mention the totally amazing parrilla.

 

 

Thanks for the warm welcome at Abode. It was a bit of a home away from home for us. Syri certainly gave us that extra homely feeling!

 

 

What a great introduction to Argentina. One of the highlights of our trip was sitting on the rooftop after a day walking around town, drinking many beers, telling many stories and sharing many laughs...

 

 

This has been the best place I have ever stayed. You are excellent hosts and I can't thank you enough for making me feel more than welcome.

 

 

Hotels have there place but how many real friends have you made when you leave? Thank you so much for opening your home to us and allowing us to see Buenos Aires through you eyes.

 

 

We had a wonderful stay in BA, thanks to you! From your warm inviting hospitality, to the fabulous new bathroom, the insider tips and our first (but not last) "Magic Moment with Monty" at the Mataderos Fair. We want to come back! 

 

 

How can we begin to express our gratitude for the incredible hospitality we received during our too brief stay at Abode? From the comfortable room, cozy rooftop kitchen and the relaxing terrace we felt right at home.

 

 

With a sense of melancholy I write this piece - I don't wanna go! Thanks Zoe, David and Syri and I wish you all the best in the future.
